If I want to cancel monthly billing, what happens?
Your plan will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. After this, you’ll revert to the base free plan, with includes a limited number of events and team members.
Note that you may have an annual contract that you pay for on a monthly basis - in this case you will not be downgraded until the annual contract ends.

What if my PII is included in data sent to Sentry by a Sentry customer (e.g., someone using Sentry to monitor their app)? In this case you have to contact the Sentry customer (e.g., the maker of the app). We do not control the data that is sent to us through the Sentry service for the purposes of application monitoring.
