Why are users not receiving invite to join organization?

Any organization owner or manager has permission to invite new members. They also need to approve all invite requests made by other members before those invites are emailed out to users.

The requests can be found by going to Settings > Members > Requests. Please note that this table is only visible to owners and managers.

If you’re running self-hosted, check your logs to see if there’s an error with your mail server configuration.
