How do I upgrade (or downgrade) my subscription?

Users with the role of Billing or Owner can make changes to the subscription by going to the Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription.

Your subscription will update at the end of your contract period, so please note if you’re on a monthly or annual contract.  

Note: You must have either Billing or Owner permissions to both access and/or make changes to this information.
