My card was declined, will you retry the charge?

We cannot manually trigger a charge. Our system will automatically retry the charge at these intervals:

  • 3rd day after initial charge
  • 8th day after initial charge
  • 15th day after initial charge

As long as a working card is on file before the last attempt, everything should be alright, but until then you may run into another failed charge message if it falls on one of these days.
